Returns and Refunds

Returns

We do not accept returns due to the fact that plants have specific packing requirements.

In-Store Workshops

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Missed workshops are not eligible for a refund.

Private Events

The deposit for private events is non-refundable.

Online Orders - Refunds/Replacements (if applicable)

If your order arrives damaged, please provide a photo to support@thesucculentsshoppe.com for assistance.

Shipping Issues

  1. Color: Succulents may dull in color during shipping, which is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  2. Dryness: Succulents are shipped dry and may appear dry upon arrival. Give them a thorough soak and if they don't recover, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address.
  • For customers in areas with freezing temperatures, it is their responsibility to purchase a heat pack to prevent freezing.
  • If a heat pack is purchased, the plants will be insured. We are not responsible for plants freezing if a heat pack is not purchased.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to the original payment method within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, the plant can be replaced upon the customer's request.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before the stated processing time will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
