Processing Time

Orders may take up to 8-15 business days to be processed depending on the day of purchase and amount of orders being received. You will receive a tracking number via email once your items have shipped.

Packaging Details

Each succulent will be wrapped in bubble wrap and the box will also be filled with packing paper to ensure your plants are safe during their travels! In the case that your plants get damaged during shipping please send us a photo at support@thesucculentsshoppe.com so we can send you a replacement.
