Parking: Additional parking can be found in the grassy lot behind the building & off to the opposite side of the building.

Seating: There are 8 seats per table. If you have a group of more than 8, please notify us by email prior to the class. To guarantee seats together, we kindly request that groups arrive early for workshops. Late arrivals may result in seats not being available in close proximity.

At The Succulents Shoppe, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way of attending a workshop or class that you've already booked. That's why we offer a cancellation and rescheduling policy to help our customers navigate unexpected changes to their schedule.

When you purchase a ticket for one of our workshops or classes, please note that it is non-transferable to another date or time. This is due to the limited seating availability for each session. However, if you need to reschedule your attendance to a different date, we offer a rescheduling option for a 15% fee of the original ticket price. To reschedule, please email support@thesucculentsshoppe.com.

If you would like to reschedule your attendance to a different date or time, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or class. This will give us enough time to offer your seat to someone else if necessary. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop or class, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that there will be space available for your preferred date or time. If we are unable to offer you a seat on your preferred date or time, we will do our best to find another suitable option for you.

If you need to cancel your attendance to a workshop or class, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee of the original ticket price, and we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop or class.
